ID : 6498
« back to classes page
Choose between the Melon Basket and the Irish Knitting Basket. These baskets both start with two 10” hoops and Gods Eyes to hold the ribs for the basket frames. The Melon basket is woven in two of the sections formed by the crossed hoops with the basket’s woven part looking like half of a big round watermelon. The Irish knitting basket is woven into three sections with hand holds being wrapped to form the handles. Shaping and rib placement will be stressed so the baskets will sit flat when finished. Several colors will be offered.

All materials and tools available for class use. Bring your own drink, snack, and/or lunch. All skill levels, from beginners to experts, are welcome to enroll in these classes.
