Nat King Cole to the Manhattan Transfer have paid homage to the 2,000 mile highway stretching from Chicago to LA. Travel with us as we go back in time and visit some of the Oklahoma Rt. 66 icons like the Driller, the Meadow Gold Sign and the Gateway Arch, which are now permanently affixed in Tulsa. After a photo op at each of these sights. Visit the Cherry Street area and eat at Kilkenny’s Irish Pub. Your ride home will include a ride on the old Highway 66 and a wine tasting stop at Stable Ridge Winery where we will tour the winery and taste the goods! We will pass one of the oldest gas stations on the highway. While it stands in ruins, it holds an important spot in Rt. 66 history. Route 66 Westside is coming up spring, 2019.
