« back to classes page
Technology is for more than just playing video games!  Today's kids use technology in the learning process starting day one.  Whether it be on a smartboard, computer, tablet, or even their parent's cell phone, screens have become an integral part of the 21st century learning process.  In this class, students will work on the basics (reading, writing, science, & social studies) through various interactive technologies throughout the week, as well as an introduction to the concept of coding.  Campers will also be introduced to internet safety guidelines and online etiquette.  At the end of the week, all students will be sent home with a list of apps, programs, and websites for them to be able to continue the technological educational opportunities at home if desired.
